Getting stricter.
My new updated workout and meal plan.
I cut pop, sugary snack foods and meat (except fish) out of my diet. I’m eating at least 3 servings of fruits and veggies a day. I get 3 servings of dairy and 2 servings of carbs.
I was lacking in my workouts so I am pushing myself to strength train every other day along with core exercises every day. When I’m not strength training I’m doing cardio along with yoga.
It’s gunna be a great spring break.
